How much liquid chocolate should be allowed for a fondue pot?

Yes, that is a difficult question not knowing the fondue pot net volume and size. Well, we can look at it in a different perspective.  An average bite size fruit will require anywhere around 8 to 14gms of fondue chocolate, depending how much chocolate they want on the fruit.  However, if your customer is only serving the pot for 1 or 2 people and the pot size is too big, then the fondue chocolate will appear a bit on the tight side.  If your customer is trying to work out which fondue pot to purchase, then I will recommend to get some on the smaller size for 2 people share. This way, the chocolate looks abundant and more exciting.
