Liquid Chocolate FAQ - What does it mean it the veils around the fountain are breaking up all around?
What does it mean it the veils around the fountain are breaking up all around?
There could be 3 reasons for this to happen.
- Dipping food may have fallen in, blocking the suction of the chocolate at the filter space bottom of the tower.
- There could be an air bubble in the tower that is blocking the flow of chocolate.
- The chocolate could be running low.
If any of the above occurs, simply switch off the fountain - the chocolate at the base should slowly start to flow back. If there are air bubbles in the tower, you will see air bubbles dispersing at the bottom and/or top of the tower. Remove all fallen dipping food with a wooden skewer and spoon. If the chocolate is low, add more melted chocolate.
