PASSIONFRUIT MOJITO using SHOTT Beverages
A classic Cuban Mojito with a twist of passionfruit.
1/2 - Juicy fresh Lime cut into wedges
15ml SHOTT Sugar syrup 20ml SHOTT Passionfruit
8x Mint leaves
45ml White Rum
Muddle lime & sugar vigorously, add mint leaves & gently press to release oils.
Fill with crushed ice, add syrup & Rum.
Top with soda & swizzle/stir.
Garnish with a large mint sprig & sip through a straw to enjoy!
