How does Out of Stock work on your website?
We introduced Out of Stock functionality to help Suppliers manage their available stock to help everyone save time and money.
Because we ship cartons of products, not single products and all prices are delivered, having Out of Stock allows you to make a purchase decision on products that are able to be delivered.
It removes the juggling of replacement product, numerous calls/emails and customer disappointment.
If you have a carton sitting in your wishlist and a product is Out of Stock it will be highlighted so you can edit the carton and make another selection.
We don't have Out of Stock very often as all Orders are Shipped Direct from the Suppliers production house, it's usually around the busy times when they have to schedule larger stock runs or if it's an imported product e.g. there is none left in Australia...:((
Always ask us as sometimes the Suppliers have forgotten to re-set as 'In Stock' - Live Chat Online and we'll answer it very quickly!!
