How do I report damaged product?
ALL CLAIMS are to be Lodged Online via our Report a Claim section.
On your Mobile, Login go to Account, Report a Claim.
You can select the Order and Supplier the claim is applicable for, complete the information including all images.
The claim is sent to the Supplier immediately, we are sent a copy of the claim to ensure it's been read and is being actioned.
We allow a Supplier 48hrs to action a Claim.
Please note you'll find all instructions on your Order Receipt and Packing Slips. Packing Slips are included with all orders.

Receipt of Delivery
Thank you for your order. As part of our service we need to ensure your Order is received correctly, therefore upon receipt of the Order, you acknowledge and agree to:
Open and inspect all cartons that make up the Order and note immediately any observed damage to Good Food Warehouse, retain damaged products and report the claim to Good Food Warehouse within 48 hours of the delivery.
To report your claim - on your mobile, tablet, PC - www.goodfoodwarehouse.com.au go to Account, Report a Claim, Login - complete the information required, including pictures, description of the issue, amount unsaleable. The Supplier will receive your claim immediately.
