I have forgotten my password & can't login?
At the login page you'll see a section that looks like this;
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
If you forgot your password, to request a new ONE TIME use only password via e-mail, please enter your e-mail address below, and click the 'Request A New Password' button. When you login next time the system will prompt you to change this password. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password.

All you need to do is enter in your email address and you'll be emailed a temporary password, when you login the system will automatically remember your temporary password it will ask you to set a new one.
Once you've done this you are logged in.
