Shipping Over the warmer Months
Over the warmer months Peninsula Fudge ship in a foam box with techniice.
The fudge may soften but unlike chocolate, it will not ‘bloom’ and will firm up when refrigerated.
The important thing, as mentioned to all customers in the care sheets sent with orders, is that the ideal temperature for the fudge is 22 – 23 degrees.
In very warm places, it would be best refrigerated and should be kept very well covered.
It can also be frozen, if necessary, and will keep for up to 12 months.
All orders will include these instructions for the summer months.
